So it may be a good chunk of episodes before anything remotely resembling the "good guys army" is formed. Perhaps that will be the Pumyra-Bengali-perhaps even Lynx-O arc, since they will have a few episodes devoted to them, they could be the ones be doing the ground work with the members of the alliances that will be formed in future episodes and get them in shape for the finale.

Although there should be a mid-story catastrophic defeat to make things more interesting, but that's always done! Episode 26, perhaps?
