Did we just see the end of second Earth?
 

In "Legacy" could we have seen Humanity's last stand? I don't recall seeing what they were fighting with over the War Stone other than a technologically advanced race. Could that be us? Was that the beginning of Third Earth (assuming they are going by the same concept of Third Earth as the Classic series and comics)?!

Well if the episode before was any indication they were fighting Squid people.

Me thinks I need to re watch episode 6 again! I don't recall that.
